Hear You Erupting is a 24 x 36 acrylic painting created in the We Are Volcanoes series (2019). The series meditates on rage and gendered experiences as catalyst for political and creative expression. The title derives from a line in Ursula K. Le Guin’s speech to young women at Bryn Mawr inspiring them to create social change.

It was exhibited in Hope/Revolution at the Stay Home Gallery from Oct-Dec 2020.
